We Offer Direct Billing to Your Benefits!

At our office, we are pleased to provide direct billing services to your Extended Health Benefit Provider.

Please be aware that some Extended Health Benefit plans require a Physician’s Referral for Massage Therapy. We recommend contacting your benefit provider directly to clarify their specific requirements. If a referral is needed, it should be submitted directly to your insurance company (not to us) prior to your scheduled massage treatment to allow for sufficient processing time.

To ensure smooth processing, we kindly ask that you have a valid credit card or Visa Debit card on file to cover any charges not paid by your insurance provider. This information will be securely collected during your initial visit.

Rest assured, your credit card will only be charged for the outstanding balance once we have received a response or payment from your insurance company. Before any charges are made, our office will reach out to confirm the amount due.
